Food Poisoning


Food poisoning occurs when foods have not been cooked properly, resulting in the consumption of harmful organisms.

Germs can get into food when:
Meat is processed
Fruits and vegetables if they are washed in dirty water
During the preparation of food, if germs are present on the chef's hands , then the food will get infected with harmful organisms.

The most common symptom of food poisoning is diarrhoea and vomiting. The symptoms usually go in a few days, however if they persist consult then your doctor or pharmacist.
