Blister


A blister is a fluid filled bump or bubble that forms on the skin and can affect anyone. A blister may develop if shoes which are too small are worn, or may be the result of a burn.

Other types of injuries to the skin that may cause a blister include:
Injuries from being exposed to cold or freezing temperatures.
Some spider or insect bites
Chickenpox
Blisters due to shingles usually develop in a band on one side of the body.
Cold sores
Infected hair follicles cause
Contact with certain plants, such as poison ivy
Blisters may develop from a disease
