Shingles


Shingles is a viral infection caused by the chickenpox virus. Shingles is most common in older adults and people who have weak immune systems because of stress, injury, certain medicines, or other reasons.

Shingles occurs when the virus that causes chickenpox starts up again in your body.The symptoms are:
Pain
Rash
High fever
Confusion
Loss of memory
Exhaustion
Severe headache

However, if you have the symptoms of shingles, you should go to see your pharmacist as soon as possible because early treatment will reduce the severity of your symptoms, as well as the risk of complications.
