Meningitis


The meningies is a covering around the brain and spinal cord. Meningitis is an infection of this covering.

The most common symptoms are:
A stiff and painful neck
Fever
Headache
Vomiting
Trouble staying awake
Seizures
Rash

A key test of menigitis is to see if the rash which does not fade under pressure from a glass tumbler.
